After which I myself was architecting and building the WM whether its non-prod env during the initial stages or a fully fledged Load balanced Production environments at a later stage, was documenting step by step instructions on Linux server sizing, folder architecture, usernames, user groups, their access, third party tools etc to be sent to Linux admins to follow and perform the needed, some of the tasks were to create the type of users and handle WM folder privileges for the respective, RF client auto launch to be used for RF guns, Manhattan SDN ( software update) coordination and deployments,
- In many projects, tech related topics, tasks and product issues were routed through me as a first level of contact, and then re-routed to the respective such as Manhattan or other group members if needed
