Manage a team of offshore QA analysts located in Hyderabad, India (4 analysts currently). The team is currently growing as we take on more projects and responsibility for iPipeline.
Currently managing the team’s efforts, testing and reporting through the environments of QA, Sys. Integration, User Acceptance, Demo and Production.
Utilize the HP-Mercury Quality Center for all Test Plans, Test Case Suites, Requirements Tracking and Defect Reporting & Management. Using QC reporting tools for all reports to individual clients and senior management @ iPipeline. Full integration of QTP automation is currently in development, but QTP is used for smaller regression and sanity tests.
