Maintain the Division SP Program in compliance with Group directives and initiatives
Conduct/direct negotiation of all Strategic Procurement Agreements and conduct periodic performance reviews
Conduct annual review of division spend by commodity and location
Participate and/or assign responsibility to participate in corporate commodity councils where appropriate
Prepare and distribute monthly Strategic Procurement status and progress to the Division Staff and VP of Finance
Maintain the Supply Chain Team Improvement Board
Provide training and implementation support to Suppliers and Location Sourcing Specialist
Monitor monthly spend performance and conduct annual review of Division Spend by commodity and location
Review, approve and track all divisional price increases
Manage the Vendor Database to including approval of all changes and/or additions
Maintain current documentation of Division procurement policies and procedures.
Conduct an annual audit of policy and procedure compliance
Train location Sourcing Specialists in Division Procurement policies and procedures.
Work with Division Quality Assurance Manager to define and document a supplier qualification and development program
Work with Division Quality Assurance Manager to train location Sourcing Specialists in the supplier qualification and development program
