- Completed engineering validation of POSTM EIS (Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy) manufacturing automated test software. Added logic to EIS manufacturing test software to meet new requirements to test Reference Electrodes and support additional test platform MUX cards to increase tester capacity. Code in C# 2010 on Windows 7. EIS measurement performed on wafers of sensors using Quadtech 1920LCR and Agilent 34980A MUX and I & J Fiskar I7J7300C Robotic Arm.
- Developed clinical utility oxygen mode I to F (current-to-frequency) calibration used in the recording of glucose level readings. The clinical research automated measurement tool runs on the production device in a proprietary scripting language. Coding in Keil C on STM32L-162QD processor in GSR4D device. Discovered anomalies and provided solutions in Electrode measurement product and clinical firmware, including repairing faulty reading of Work Electrodes. Validated the clinical utility firmware defining the requirements, creating the 902, ETP, ETR documents, and completing the validation. - Provided bug fixing, enhancements and online support for in-house web server and lab client software for short-term Sensor In-vitro Test data acquisition System (SITS).
