- Serve as primary quality liaison / contact person for warehousing and 3PL’s (Third Party Logistics) and as qualified person for internal quality matters and concerns.

- Responsible for Customer Complaints (DER) continuous improvement programs related to non-conformance resolution ensuring all identified nonconformances and corrective actions are focused in support of customer requirements and needs.
