Serve as primary quality liaison / contact person for warehousing and 3PL’s (Third Party Logistics) and as qualified person for internal quality matters and concerns.

Support the Group Confidential Logistics Quality, Supplier and LRQA audits by auditing and performing follow up on recommendations, non-conformance and observations, to include maintaining appropriate records.
Development, periodic review, revision and implementation of standard operating procedures and processes. Coordinate and lead efforts with warehouse quality and Confidential Business Unit quality teams.
Responsible for Customer Complaints (DER) continuous improvement programs related to non-conformance resolution ensuring all identified nonconformances and corrective actions are focused in support of customer requirements and needs.
