SUMMARY

(Step 1 in details) Getting requirement from teh client - Usually account manager get teh requirement from teh client.
Also in other case we get requirement from Client’s Job portal. For that we will get job portal name and login details from teh company.
(Step 2 in details) Account manager/ Team lead forward it to recruiter - teh a/c manager will decide you're company margin and reduce teh rate and forward teh requirement to recruiter. Now recruiter TEMPhas to provide teh resumes in that rate.
Suppose he got requirement at $60 per hour, he may send it to recruiter (you) at $50 to find teh candidates.
(Step 3 in details) Complete teh requirement after discussion - before start working on teh requirement, recruiter check all teh component like Rate which he can offer to candidate on C2C/1099, Rate on W2, if we has $50 on C2C/1099, we will keep $44 on W2.
Also we put type of interview telephonic if not mentioned or will check with teh a/c manager. Similarly we will put 6 months + long term possible if contact duration is not mentioned.
(Step 4 in details) How to Search teh resumes: -searching teh resume on different recourses called sourcing. We will use following recourses to find quality resumes.
Paid Job Portals: Most of teh companies use following job portals to search teh resumes. They all are paid job portals and company pay heavy amount to use these portals. They charge of every resume and company may has limited number of resume limit (per month/per year) to open.
We should use these portals very carefully and open teh resume only if we are satisfied with its free preview.
