- Testing required keeping track of 1 to 3 simultaneous small projects managed by different teams.
- The largest project was a migration of an enormous amount of data from an Oracle database to SAP HANA database as calculated views, where it would become accessible to PowerBI report generation and analysis by data scientists.
- Testing required using limited hardware resources to validate correctness and accuracy of billions of rows of data.
- I was also responsible for a successful UAT test cycle, coordinating about 20 very busy engineers and data specialists in their evaluation and testing of this new set of data.
- I was involved in early design/requirement gathering on several of these projects and was able to participate in PowerBI report design, providing ideas that would clarify and focus on meaningful data trends, many of which were adopted in the final design.
