The company needs a Software test lead that can help improve software test cases, test processes, methods, and documentation.
Leads software validation for projects or teams on infotainment modules, both on test bench and vehicle.
Initiates and fosters team wide activities in learning and adopting new and relevant state of the art technologies for automotive infotainment, consumer electronics, embedded systems, software testing, and test tools.
Meet regularly with project teams and partners to ensure milestones are defined, understood and being met. Identify dependencies, risks, and drive resolution to roadblocks.
Understand the technical details of the product to a level that you can effectively communicate with the customer and the engineering team.
Identifies product requirement or performance issues.Work with software teams and/or partners to implement solutions to meet those requirements
Work using an agile development process and maintain status in JIRA.
Report regularly on project status to appropriate stakeholders.
Work with peer project test leads across Harman and other customers to ensure dependencies and schedules are aligned
