Responsibilities:

Developed test automation framework using Selenium WebDriver and JUnits, TestNg. Manually tested the browser GUI front end that presents the health data of complex systems.
Verified the GUI functionality and suggested several improvements. Automated GUI testing using selenium WebDriver.
Organized meetings with the management and the team to ensure right expectations are set and no information is lost and brought them in sync with the project progress.
This is web based tool and it is used for analyzing the test logs that are generated by various automated test tools. I was involved with development of this tool from the beginning.
It uses MVC pattern, REST APIs. I was involved in the development using REST APIs and then I did the complete manual testing and automated it with Selenium WebDriver and Junit and TestNg. Cross browser testing using TestNG.
This tool automates the SQL testing to save lot of time from manual testing.
I was involved with the development in Java and testing of this tool. It uses SQL queries to get the DB2 table schema, prepares select queries based on the column types, fetches the data, places in arrays and compares with data from other tables that are in various different formats.
Verify the output against the master tables and generate error reports for non-matching output. Trained the testers to use the tool in their testing.
Java and SQLwritten test plan, test cases and executed with various type of complex SQL queries (CTE, sub queries, predicates, aggregate functions, triggers).
Written stored procedures with use of Global Arrays and written Java Automation program to call these stored procedures for automation. nvolved with the development of this tool in Java and did complete testing using JUnit. Tool is to Get the table schema and then randomly generate millions of queries (select/insert/update/delete) with specified or random number of columns in specified or random order selectively.
User puts several DB2 commands and SQL in a harness property file to execute on any DB2 systems. It runs the commands for the specified DB2 system and saves the result into a file. The output files are then compared with the Master files for verification.
There are many urgent customer requests that take priority over the ongoing project. I worked on many customer requirements, and delivered within tight schedule even with the interruption to regular projects, delivered with high quality. Opened appropriate defects and followed up with developers actively, did verification and automation as well.
Feature enhancements: Worked on the several feature enhancements in DB2 SQL like LOB support for functions, alter inline length, Associative arrays, Table UDF, work-file etc. Created test suits, added them to the regression suite and ran them continuously.
