Work with system teams to integrate components and subsystems to create full machine level model. Use Pro/E, Team center, EDS to create vehicle level prints, update the BOM and release it through the Workflow releasing system
Maintain all vehicle level Pro/E and VisView models along with test instructions and general arrangement prints.
Virtual configuration audits, assembly shop floor support and design issue resolution are expected duties of the configuration engineer.
