Environment supported approximately 100 thousand mailboxes with additional distribution list and public folder objects in the production domain.
- Monitored various support queues for incidents and problems related to MS Exchange applications, and faxing software supported.

- Daily use of desktop sharing software enabled through Lync client to view a clients desktop to assist in troubleshooting incidents. Prior to MS Lync, NETOP guest and host clients were used for interaction.
- Received training on Powershell commands for Exchange system management and willing to learn what is needed for a new position.
- Used and Piloted Avaya Message Manager Desktop client software for receiving and managing voice messages.
- During rewrite of a mass mail application, I lead the project effort to develop functional test cases for the new application. Performed manual testing and validated results to results generated from the production system in side-by-side testing.

Kofax administrator
Confidential
Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert leading State Farm's Kofax expansion from using three Windows servers to using fifteen Windows servers across three physical support centers. Two additional line servers and software packages and licensing was implemented in hub locations. This increased faxed documents from an average of 6000 faxes/day to capacity of greater than 35000 faxes/day. I set up weekly communication with Kofax vendor for all phases of this implementation and troubleshooting.
- Documented system architecture for project delivery and created support documentation for ongoing support of this software solution for future testing.
- Maintained support of software licenses for the Kofax software within the faxing client.
- Lead project analyst to work with purchasing and project effort to add a line server and 4 communication channels to State Farms implementation test environment. Server and software was configured to model the production environment and used for testing application changes, and troubleshooting problems.
- Proficient in Kofax link process support. TCLinks used were for SMTP messages, FTP messages, Exchange email messages, and we added link servers and software processing for MQ series messages from multiple hub locations.
- TCreport software was used to create reports of fax usage for billing to departments using the system, and made use of the journal-ed header information kept in SQL database.
- Upgraded Kofax fax server and client software which resulted in greater reliability and reduced support needs.
- Supported a proof of concept effort for inbound faxing to State Farm agents mailboxes. We configured 20 phone numbers in the Kofax address book, and routed all inbound messages to these numbers to the respective agents mailboxes on MS Exchange. At the time, we could not scale our 3 servers and 20 lines to support the thousands of State Farm agents, so this solution was not further implemented.
- Produced custom reports of Agent office fax usage listing header details of how the agents and staff were using the Kofax fax solution during the inbound faxing proof of concept.
- Lead Kofax support analyst at State Farm investigating an enterprise fax solution for both inbound and outbound faxing. State Farm did not implement any solution following this analysis due to budget constraints.
