- As a Supplier Quality Specialist and Program Manager I work with employee teams and managers within Oshkosh and within a wide supply base to continuously improve safety, quality, business and manufacturing processes with an emphasis on eliminating process waste. The use of structured quality improvement tools is required and as an SQE, I design new processes and reengineer existing processes to produce outcomes that meet quality and business expectations. These include process flow diagrams and cycle time analysis to improve projects to substantiate ROIC. - Responsible for configuring model bill of materials for the following product lines: walk behind mowers, wide cut mowers, tillers, edgers, chipper shredders, chipper shredder vacsjet sweeps, and power wheel dump cart. This allows manufacturing facilities to build a product with certain features and to place orders for parts.
- Create and manipulate data in Calico (model/data migration), Team center, and Infor XA databases.
