The front-end uses C#.NET on Visual Studio 2005, and talks to various Tandem applications and uses Oracle 9i as the back-end.
- One of the Lead Software Engineers for SnP D3Dgfx Project - converted the existing Order fulfillment system from a Visual Basic 6.0/SQL Server/Tandem SCOBOL - based system into a Java/Oracle 9isystem. Used JBuilder and Netbeans IDE.
- Converted Tandem SCOBOL programs into Java Server Pages, and converting Tandem Server classes to not use MQSERIES queues by using a third-party API called RSOM, which allows Java Beans to talk directly to Tandem Server classes.
- Primary software engineer for the Reports part of the system, which involved heavy use and analysis of the new Oracle-based database, and Java/JavaScript backend, using JBuilder 8.
