I was responsiable for doing random inspections, in a varity of areas within the company; making sure that Processes and Procedures were followed by the Company and State Regulations.
Identify quality problems or areas for improvement and recommend solutions. and also helped find faster more produtive and efficence ways to do the processes.
Stop production if serious product defects are presents.
Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production; management and staff.
Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Oversee workers including supervisors, inspectors and workers engaged in testing activities.
I was ISO Certified with 9001 - 2008, and also was an Auditor, doing monthly audits on Shipping and Receiving; Fullfillment/Production; Management; Document Control; GMP monthly and quarterly walkthoughs for the last 2 1/2 years.
Was also a (Lead or PTS) for 1 of the departments within the company (Target) for 7 years, managed 30 full time employees and up to 70 temporaries daily in the Processes of Picking; Packing; Metering; to shipping out the orders.
