• Track each risk to closure. Recommend changes to deployment plans due to blocker defects and issues. Review the Production implementation plan.
• Prepare the Beta test plan in Production environment and oversee the QA participation in the implementation call. Sign off on the test completion document and facilitate approval from Business stakeholders from client.
