  • Manager and technical director for 10 associates responsible for providing Tier II SPCS hardware and software support for the Tennessee Confidential network. This included all network elements (i.e. 5ESS, EWSD, DMS 100/200, SCP’s, STP's, Octel VMS, AIN SMS, CSN, etc.) deployed in the CCS7 network as well as the Intelligent Operational Support Systems (OSS) that provide for remote center surveillance, performance monitoring and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Technically developed, integrated, managed, and supported voice and ISDN CSD multi-point and point to point video systems and operations within Confidential ’s multi-site, nine state area. Lead projects, developed budgets, and coordinated local and long distance carrier interconnect to the Confidential CCS7 Network. This included the introduction and integration of all new services and technologies into the Tennessee CCS7, narrowband and broadband networks: ATM - SMDS; Frame Relay; Circuit Emulation; Cell Relay; BISDN; Basic Rate and Primary Rate ISDN; Intelligent Network TCAP (IN) Release 0.1+ and Release 1.0 AIN SCP-SCE-SCN and circuit switched 56/64 KB - Confidential ( Confidential ) video multipoint and point to point control unit applications using BRI/PRI ISDN.
