- This project supported the effort of retirement of RDC service by the EOY 2014 and all customers must be converted from RDC 2.0 to CEO DTD prior to this date.
- This project was to obtain the status for IIS Accounts using APS- getAccountLite message.
- APS had to modify the APS Status table to add IIS account statuses to return through getAccountLite message.

- The purpose of this project is to improve the resiliency of CCIVR (client) functionality to failures of the bank systems, Hogan and ALS.
- These systems have been chosen because of their involvement in the critical customer authentication process and common menu functions of this application.
- The intent is to ensure that in the case of an outage of one of these systems that most customer calls will not be redirected to a banker.
- In support of this project APS will provide failover functionality when Hogan and / or ALS are down via CDF facility in support to DDA and transaction history.

- This project implemented to retrieve Funds Transfer transactions to be displayed to Financial Crime Specialists FCS bankers that would be able to provide service to customers using integrated banking tool.
- This was implemented by building a new message, listTransferHistoryForAcctList.
- The new message calls an APS internal function that in turn calls the OT SOR to retrieve funds transfer transaction records.

- With this project, APS started supporting Funds Transfer service to support Confidential Wholesale customers who currently make a large number of payments to their consumer customers by paper check to convert those checks to electronic payments utilizing the information and payment network available via clearXchange.
- APS - Cease and Desist Indicator to SHAW:
- APS enhanced its Account Inquiry and Online Banking Sign On services and corresponding messages to reference and make available the new Cease and Desist Indicator for Shaw (ILA and LCA) accounts.
- To further promote compliance with Cease and Desist, APS will also use the new Cease and Desist Indicator to modify information it prepares which its client applications consume for collections “Splashes” or communications/notifications to customers.
- APS - EFS Payment Allocation: (APS QA- Backup)
- With this project Confidential enhanced the payment process for the online channels for our Student Loan customers APS assisted by adding fields to our inquiry (in addition to populating an existing field for Past Due in our transfer message).
- APS also modified the authorization logic for SLA and SLS accounts and modifed the payment limits allowed.

- This project focused on converting the Dillard’s Private Label and Co-Brand accounts in to our Confidential technology systems.
- APS supported the requirements within the Servicing aspect of this project through implementation of changes required to support recognition and inquiries of the converted Dillard’s FCC accounts and newly converted customer’s recognition of new pup codes of the converted Dillard’s accounts to ensure all converted accounts are not eligible for any of the functions for which APS holds eligibility rules.
- APS - Login App for SSEP and DDoS (APS QA- Backup)
- The purpose of the project was to have a centralized Login processing function that will provide a single front door for customer’s authentication.
- This project prepared the Login App Platform for the migration of the existing WIB authentication capabilities to consolidate authentication within Login App.
- APS designed and implemented messages that consolidate those requirements to be used by the Login App platform.
- APS created a new message; getCustomerOnlineAccess 2014-08, for the Login App system to obtain customer and online access data about the authenticated online banking customer.

- This project was to define Servicing LOB codes in the APS Line of Credit Table and Installment Loan Product Table that are null which will help reduce APS production defects tickets being entered.
- In support of this project, APS will modify the Line of Credit Product Table & Installment Loan Product Table.

- The scope of this project is to add a Cross ECN redemption option to the rewards program, allowing all rewards customers the ability to redeem rewards currency towards any eligible Confidential account, regardless of recipients reward status.
