• Served as a QA testing consultant to an Electric and Natural Gas company using Agile methodology. This included:
• Collaborating with other QA engineers to develop automation framework (in UFT/QTP, VBScript) for the company’s back-end customer care application. • The application I tested was used by our call centers to process as much a $40B in balance transfers per year, among other things.
