Responsibilities:

  • Citrix Support, for published apps and RDP remote access. Updating Citrix provisioning disks as necessary and support Citrix application delivery through DC, (delivery controllers), to users on a daily basis including HR/SAP access. Also several virtual Desktop access types. Support is integrated with VMware as most Citrix Servers are Virtual.
  • Maintain, Update and configure all current Quest Managing, Restoring, Monitoring, and Reporting tools for Active Directory and Exchange including: Intrust, Change Auditor, Recovery Manager for AD, Active Roles Server, Message Stats, Password Manager and Archive manager.

  • Hired to Build, install, and configure Symantec Enterprise Vault V8 for Exchange.
  • Although I am not an exchange admin, I built a VMware 2003R2 Server and constructed the Vault from scratch.
  • This involved “taking control” of the task at hand and installing, while getting to work properly, the numerous pre-requisites involved for the Vault. (SQL, Powershell Scripting, MSMQ, IIS), among others.
