  • KP ( Confidential ) is upgrading current Cisco voice environment from legacy applications to new versions.
  • Worked as a design, implementation consultant to upgrade from Cisco CUCM 8.5 to 8.6 and then finally into 10.5 on 4 data centers and more than 1000 physical sites and hospitals.
  • Consolidating 50 clusters into 20 new geo redundant clusters to support more redundancy, resiliency, manageability and robust resource allocation.
