Responsibilities:

 - Manage electronic trouble ticketing software, ensuring that problem tickets and service requests are being reviewed, updated and completed in a timely manner. Ongoing projects include upgrading operating systems and Microsoft applications, as needed, preventative maintenance, evaluating, testing, and implementing new software and hardware.
