- Create and maintain an excel spreadsheet to track all orders and shipments of electric and gas meters 1.3 million, where they are located in storage, the amount installed, completed testing, breaking out each meter by type. Updating the report based on information in reports as well as invoices, using VLOOKUP, creating automatic fields to update and change the information once a shipped date is entered into the spreadsheet, moving the count from ordered section of the spreadsheet to received.

- Close Purchase Orders in the system once the contract came to a close. This is includes “zeroing out” some PO’s with remaining monies so they were no longer earmarked and available for use elsewhere.
- Certain contracts which involved doctors or hospitals needed to be entered into another system to help the company track information prior being sent out for signatures. This process required me to work with our in-house attorney gathering information from him to be entered into the system. Some information provided to me for entering was having a justification form completed prior to the contract for any monies over 100K, running the individual doctor or group name through a system to check they were not barred from practice or consulting. I would run their billing rate through system so that the amount was within a certain range for each specialty as defined by Confidential & Confidential . Entering information for Fair Market Value for each person contracted. Routing document for approvals through an electronic system as well as following through to see that those approvals were made, making sure corrections or updates required were complete. Seeing the process through to end until a number was generated for tracking all aspects of this contract. This number was added into the PO system and reports were pulled using this number by other departments.
