  • My relevant qualifications including 3 1/2 years working for Verizon Business Services supporting Big Data Clients Nationally/Worldwide. Of note with my most recent position as Engineer Specialist - Client Services Associate for Verizon Business in this role, I was responsible for day to day feed & care of VM / Blade Servers and Hosted Applications located in remote Data Centers Worldwide.
  • Using vSphere Operations Management and Virtual SAN for cluster server management. Following the ITIL practices in the Security Operations Center pre-change validations, using SCOM 2007/2012 creating patch packages to push emergency patch's and the normal change management, monthly patching.
