- Responsible for running and maintaining an Exchange 2013 email solution containing approximately 1,200 mailboxes.
- Planned and implemented the environment configuration and migration for moving the agency towards email archiving with Enterprise Vault. The migration provided a 42% space reduction on Exchange databases by compressing, and providing single-instance storage to emails.
- Responsible for the daily run and maintain operations of not only the Microsoft Exchange 2013 environment, but of all Windows 2008 R2/2012 servers, including but not limited to Active Directory, Veritas Enterprise Vault, SQL 2008/2012, to include monthly patching using Microsoft WSUS.
