Responsibilities:- Executed the transitioning of twenty (20) TCs within the Pentagon’s Command, Control, and Survivability (CCSP) Program. This project included Pentagon backbone infrastructure for 5,000 users to include tracing, re-routing and labeling of UTP, Cat 5e/6 cable and fiber optic cables to meet the architecture design of the Pentagon’s Passive Infrastructure.
- Coordinated and communicated the mitigation/risk aversion issues regarding any external ISDN interfaces with the Pentagon main ISDN 5ESS MP ST Interface voice system. Directed and monitored the day-to-day cut-over of all circuits and staffing coordination with Verizon’s OE house pair to the wall plate to ensure a 100% up-time of ISDN voice operability of user support. Achieved “zero performance re-work”, attributing to the cost, schedule, and technical performance of each TC progression during the execution of the project legacy cut-over to newly installed ISDN system. Configuration Management (CM) documentation achieved by the delivery of “as-built” diagrams and cut sheets to the Visonael and Remedy database systems for CM control.
