Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for the monitoring of thousands of API’s calls from technicians and customer care to determine problems and provide support teams with diagnostic information to fix and remedy the issue.
Developed an internal Confidential &t dashboard showing all API activity including failures, response times error codes and other vital metrics.
Perl scripts written to capture large amounts of data from logs, forward data to central host and insert into database for ease and quickness of query.

Responsible for implementing perl scripts, updating code, creating and maintaining database tables, creating daily, weekly and monthly trending Excel reports.
