Responsibilities:
- Monitored critical batch processing jobs and workflows that delivered crucial metrics with reporting of digital and brick and mortar daily sales to stakeholders. Following the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each individual job. Provided job data and facts on job failures to the on call representative of the cross sectional IT team, to help us triage the job in a timely manner inside Control-M Workload Automation.
- Guided and managed the conversion and migration of existing jobs and schedules into BMC Control-M prior to production turnover with cross sectional teams. Created and tested converted jobs in Control-M development database, submitted by cross sectional teams and made sure the job was ready for production database by their deadline.
