- Led a continuous improvement payroll project to improve the way Mercer recorded time cards and processed incentive pay for hourly employees. The new process saved, or more realistically reallocated, the payroll department 25 hours per week of labor required to process union time cards.

Developed the RFP, selected vendors (including electrical contractors), and presented the project plan to our union representatives. I was PM on implementation of the systems, which included presentations to the union representatives (Steelworker & Iron Worker).
- Led a project to implement Misys Manufacturing planning engine at the Mercer facility. We implemented a Quickbooks Connector to provide access to firm sales orders and forecast orders. The new MRP procedure went live in July 2014 and reduced the daily MRP process from 4 hours per day to approximately an hour per day.
- Led a project to implement IP phones at three locations. The system consisted of Mitel 3300 MCD Phone System supporting approximately 150 phones. The project included all new CAT6 cabling, as well as switching equipment, and MPLS connectivity between physical locations.
