Build multiple computers with various operating systems to replace Confidential 's older assets
Install and maintain 100+ Applications across 200 build profiles.
Manage inventory of over 20 different types of computers.
Meet with customers to deliver and troubleshoot new assets (onsite/remotely).
Diagnostics and repair of multiple desktops and laptops.
Install and Uninstall parts (Hard Drives, Ram, Screens).
Quarantine and wipe old assets of all vital information, then set them to be recycled.
Utilizes advanced tools and technical knowledge to remediate customer problems and conduct scheduled installs
