- Provided support to legacy/SDLC and new data interfaces within the Confidential network.
- Duties included receiving trouble tickets in Confidential on equipment and see if problem can be cleared remotely or dispatch central office technician to assist in clearing problems of AI 110/130/180 and Confidential -40 Lan units.

- For the Confidential units we set up the units using TCP with UDP port access through a Unix server.
