  • Lead ID support for an accounting software developer and point-of-sale system management for supermarkets and warehouses
  • Set up hardware and networks for use in different business environments, performing and ensuring proper installation of cables, OS and appropriate software.
  • Responded to user software, hardware or network issues, both in person and using remote access tools to troubleshoot systems and hardware functioning.
