- Designed an Exchange 2016 messaging system for approximately 10,000 mailboxes.
- Documented design elements, considerations, build process, risk management, and integration of all 3rd party applications that interoperated with the Microsoft Exchange email system.

- Planned and implemented the environment configuration and migration for moving the agency towards email archiving with Enterprise Vault. The migration provided a 42% space reduction on Exchange databases by compressing, and providing single-instance storage to emails.
