Responsibilities:

  • Gather customer requirements, analyze current bandwidth utilization, design WAN infrastructure to meet customer needs, develop either ballpark, or detailed quotes and present to customer, support sales personnel, and process accepted quotes to implementation.
  • Serve on intra-agency teams to develop and refine new product offerings.
  • Chair weekly design review meetings.
  • Chair cost savings workgroups.
  • Implement and support design solutions.
  • Update skills with training and other development.
  • Work towards further vendor certifications such as CCDP, CCSP, and CCIE.

Network Analyst
