  • Responsible for defining group permissions and creating local and global groups with account policies using Enterprise Administrator. Creating user rights and defining local and roaming profiles.
  • Responsible for Configuration and administration of MS Outlook, maintenance of user accounts, mailboxes, public folders, and directory rights and implemented exchange disaster recovery. Create directory or printer share queues for the network printer users.

Environment: Windows 2003/2000/NT Servers, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP/IIS Server WSUS 3.0, VMware, Remote Support tools, Inkjet/laser jet printers and all in one printers.
