Responsibilities:

  • Served as the MDA Directorate for Acquisition (DA) subject matter expert for the organization’s electronic correspondence suspense tracking and routing system (ESTARS/E-Tasker) to ensure agency actions were promptly reviewed, recorded, staffed, and monitored in accordance with established formats and suspense dates. During fiscal year 2016, provided critical administrative support by tracking and overseeing the completion of over 850 E-Tasker actions.
  • Provided expert direction, clear guidance and hands-on problem solving for the DA staff to ensure programs were executed to meet schedule and performance objectives.
  • Performed high-level executive support functions for senior service executive.
