  • The organization was recently split from their parent company which left their collaboration solution very limited in functionality
  • Performed a full inspection of existing Unified Communications solutions that were in place
  • Based upon a limited budget, I reused what I could of what they had for hardware in my final proposal laying out an extremely cost - effective solution which addressed a next generation collaboration platform that was future proof, cut down on costs, and simplified the end user experience
