Advisory Technologist/Team Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Working as a Infrastructure Services Manager supporting the Confidential account a large-scale transportation environment. There are 15 offshore and 6 North America employees that I manage. My day starts with a turnover call with the offshore every morning.
  • Then I review the SLA, Capacity, Performance reports.
  • From there I go into a call with the Sr Sabre Staff to go over any issues/outages ETC.
  • The rest of my day consists of Support all Confidential, HP,3Par,Cisco MDS,Brocade,Hitachi activity’s including architecting, planning, allocations, performance/troubleshooting, and process improvement.
  • We just finished a lager EOL Migrations. And will soon be starting another.
