Advisory Technologist/Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Working as a Infrastructure Services Manager supporting the Confidential account a large-scale transportation environment. There are 15 offshore and 6 North America employees that I manage. My day starts with a turnover call with the offshore every morning.
- Then I review the SLA, Capacity, Performance reports.
- From there I go into a call with the Sr Sabre Staff to go over any issues/outages ETC.
- The rest of my day consists of Support all Confidential, HP,3Par,Cisco MDS,Brocade,Hitachi activity’s including architecting, planning, allocations, performance/troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- We just finished a lager EOL Migrations. And will soon be starting another.

- One of which is a Self-Help tool to allow the UEs and end users to query storage information from zoning to masking, Host Information.
- I handle escalations, complicated issues, and scheduling.
- I’ve just finished writing an automation program to reduce the time it takes to do allocations and changes.
- It’s a web-based tool which does error and standards checking and creates the service request using Oracle/Apache/Perl.
- All of the automation and alerting has connectivity into ServiceNow via JSON/SOAP calls.
