Responsibilities:

  • On hire there were over 35 systems, custom built in production, each with their own database. Database schemas were webbed; systems contained over 80% data redundancy from one to another. My accomplished goals included reducing the number of systems and databases, creating common programmed frameworks and processes and reductions in overall maintenance to achieve better programmer ROI on new development efforts.
  • Supervised regionally diverse teams doing support, maintenance, custom programming. Responsible for all IT functions within agency, budget, procurement, contracts, full supervisory duties.

  • Hired for my ability to learn programming quickly, Confidential needed a PBL developer.
  • I crammed PBL knowledge over a course of a week and dove straight in to the DAIS system modifying the system.
  • As a contractor I worked on various systems doing modifications and enhancements.
  • Worked on one of the nation’s largest data & Image warehousing system with, at the time, over 7 terabytes. System was featured in Microsoft MSDN for largest implementation of SQL Server.

Senior Analyst Programmer
