- Developed, maintained, and provided support of Billing applications using HP Exstream Dialogue for creation of the customer bill statements and over 100 letter types in AFP format. Maintained COBOL programs as well as Linux processing environment.
- IBM Content Manager OnDemand v9.5 (CMOD) Applications Administrator - responsible for system development including creation of folders, applications, app-groups, storage sets and server printers as well as maintenance, upgrades, error correction and support, document loads, and some user access. Responsible for the integrity of 17 years storage of over 105 Million customer monthly bills and letters across 3 data centers; over 40 Terabytes of DASD and 200 TB of Tape storage using OAM. Also responsible for running queries, defining indexes, document retrievals, and reprint processing.
- Managed the OnDemand migration to version 7 including migrating indexes, environment setup, testing, and issue resolution. Worked closely with IBM migration team, developers, and support teams. IBM said it was one of the fastest and most organized migrations they had participated in.
