Responsibilities:

  • Confidential Networx is a IT consulting firm/Data Center that supports small business to large enterprise networks. My role at Confidential Networx varies from developing network solutions, resolving escalation incidents and providing Colo connectivity for our Data Center customers.
  • Edge Firewall Solutions with VPN-SSL access, integrate Radius NPS server for SSL-VPN AD authentication, Ensure High Availability by implementing Active/Passive solutions on WAN Edge Firewalls, WAN/LAN QOS solutions for High Priority Traffic, Back-up NAS and Disaster Recovery Solutions. Design and Implement SD-WAN solutions for remote offices to allow for 4G, MPLS and Broadband connectivity to Central Offices.

  • me supported this product as a lead engineer.
  • My client base was global and my role was to ensure that end-to-end connectivity was flawless.
  • me investigated and resolved QOS issues that effected this solution.
  • me utilized Confidential Call Manager v8 and v9 to configure and troubleshoot Telepresence devices.
  • me managed a team of 6 engineers.
  • me coordinated daily meetings and reviewed that my engineers open/pending service tickets. Additionally, me provided guidance to the engineer and together we implemented a solution for incident resolution and root cause.
