Responsibilities:
- Responsible for contributing to overall customer satisfaction by performing network surveillance, trouble analysis and restoration, correlation to customer traffic.
- Identify and initiate corrective action for current and potential performance degradation.
- Troubleshoot with MSC/BSC/BTS technicians in assembly, repair, and testing procedures
