  • Created department use, multi-site, physical inventory system for IT hardware/software tracking MS Access , this included process and documentation creation and training of team members on use. This led to a far more efficient and accurate accounting for the department's inventory.
  • Participated in the redesign of User metric gathering for the Data Center. Designed and built automated systems for metric gathering as well as assisted in redefining what data was being gathered to help further refine the usable data from our User metric reports. The redesign was successful in creating a far more accurate and efficient metric gathering process.
  • Participated in the successful testing of a new/emerging technology project Cloudshare . The research/testing phase several weeks long of this project was able to successfully determine POC of the technology for possible use with the SITS Team.
  • Lead successful demonstration of a new/emerging technology project Cloudshare to members outside the Data Center Team.
  • Major contributor for the Maintenance Window project redesign that wrapped our Maintenance window into a formal process. This process has been successful in pushing several successful Maintenance Windows since its design.
