Responsibilities:

  • NOC Support: Provided ongoing monitoring and maintenance support for datacenter; sustain day - to-day operation of physical computing environment and peripheral devices using the following analytical and troubleshooting tools: ping, tracert, route print, nslookup, netstat, telnet, ssh, hyperterminal, PuTTY, SecureCRT, Wire Shark, Packet Tracer, OSI Model TCP/IP, command-line interface of CISCO IOS and UNIX/Solaris and OpenBoot prompt commands.
