Principle technical advocate for LAN, WAN, WLAN, Network Security and IP phone system supporting Corporate office and seventeen remote testing labs and equipment distributors. The LAN and WLAN infrastructures are managed centrally from Corporate office in Troy MI. Their infrastructures consist of a collection router, switches and AP's including Cisco, Adtran, and Unifi. The remote labs and distributors connect to data center by a VPN B2B tunnel or Checkpoint Endpoint client then access email, ERP apps and files shares from Troy. WAN circuits range from 10 meg to ATT Uverse, ISP manages circuits and MPLS . Security rules, IPS and QoS is managed and monitored through Checkpoint applications including Dashboard, Monitor and Tracker riding on Nokia IP series hardware and Edge N devices. Firewalls and polices are managed centrally as well and two sets of firewalls are running as VRRP clusters. IP Phone network utilizes ShoreTel which contains ten locations with ShoreGear 50v, 90V and 120V voice mail servers as well as ShoreGear T1. The devices and IP phones IP230, IP530 and IP115 are managed through ShoreTel Director.
