• Developed a vehicle tag system for the Bureau of Statistics and Planning at the Alabama Department of Transportation. This involved systems analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation. The new Motor Vehicle Registration Analysis MVRA system was converted from a mainframe platform to a windows client-server platform using PowerBuilder 7.0 on the front-end and DB2 on the back-end. • Part of a small team of developers that developed a large custom Motor Vehicle Titling/Registration client/server application. This is a complex POS Point of Sale system used by the Department of Motor Vehicles. The application was created with a base functionality that is configurable to any clients needs.
