- Led the HLD for Chronic Sales, Chronic Repair, and Chronic Dispatch Caller Alerts initiative designed to display alerts in CoA, RTCT, iCAD, vMobile in ‘stages’ (e.g. Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage3, Stage 4) based on configurable number of calls or tickets (e.g. 3 calls or 3 tickets) for a customer within a configurable time duration (e.g. 7 days) immediately identifying these customers to the front line representatives with a visible “Chronic Caller” icon so that these customers can be handled with empathy.
- Led the HLD for FiOS Internet 50 and 75 Mbps Drop Ship Process Enhancements initiative designed to Improve customer’s personal WiFi network performance by providing 802.11N WiFi standard compliant BHR (Broadband Home Router) for New FiOS Internet customers ordering 50 & 75 Mbps service and giving the existing customers the option to upgrade router to 802..11N WiFi standard compliant router in all sales channels with installment billing up to 3 months and fix the process and system problems when a customer returns the Confidential owned primary router after purchasing the additional router or when the data service is disconnected.
