Responsibilities:

Management and further Development of IT infrastructure including Hardware, ERP, in - house PowerBuilder applications Development and Maintenance as per user requirements, Integration of self developed application with main ERP, maintenance of Oracle and SQL Server databases, networks etc.
I coordinate with all divisions for their IT specific business needs and reporting directly to Sr. Manager of the organization. Our core ERP is Sage Accpac and many individual my own developed PowerBuilder applications are integrated with it.
I have personally designed many of them including after sales service system for YAMAHA and LG, Retail Sales & Service System for BRIDGESTONE during 2014-2017 using POWERBUILDER 10, 12.5. We have more than 18 remote locations connected through wireless and VPN working on these applications.
I am currently engaged in a process related to shifting to an upgraded ERP, most likely SAP or Oracle Apps. Additionally, being the IT representative in business development division, I have actively participated in review and re-engineering of business processes and documentation of SOP in co-ordination with division heads.
Implemented HRMS module in just 3 Months and converted (ETL) all excel based data to Oracle DB. Trained users . Using (PB 12.5).
Comprehensive After- Sales Service System is developed and implemented in Yamaha Service Centre and Bridgestone Truck Tyre Centre and integrated to Accpac ERP. Using (PB 12.5).
Auto mailing System is developed and installed from scratch which emails interview call letters, reminders, major events, major transactions, requests etc. to concerned users and keep them informed on time. Using (PB 10).
Around 10 3K Tyre Shops are connected to HO through Wireless/VPN. Online billing started through in-house developed POS which is integrated to AccPac. . Using (PB 10).
An external system is developed to track and manage the items billed but not delivered or collected by customers. Started charging monthly demurrages to customers. Division wise space occupancy reports developed.
LG’s SPX System is taken over from their development team and started managing with in-house resources. . Using (PB 12.5).
Picture database created for Jewelry and Furniture Showrooms. . Using (PB 12.5).
IT assets management system (All IT product details, movement, value, current user etc.) . Using (PB 12.5).
Payment Reconciliation system with bank. Using (PB 12.5).
Internal website is developed on asp.net platform and published it on IIS.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Development Tools: POWER BUILDER 6.0 Professional to PB12.5net Enterprise Edition VISUAL BASIC 5.x C#, C++, VB.net),ASP.net etc. HTML Familiar with MS Front Page and Dream weaver for creating HTML pages

Database: ORACLE 9i, 10g (More than 4 Years experience in installation, configuration and writing triggers, backend procedures and functions). Excellent command in complex query writing. Well versed with backup and recovery processes. MS SQL SERVER 2005 (4 Years experience) MS ACCESS Familiar with GUI tools like TOAD, SQL Navigator for Oracle PL/SQL and SQL server side development and management.

Office Tools: MS Office 2003, 2007, MS Front Page etc.

Web Servers: Well experienced in installation and configuration of Web Servers like Apache Tomcat, IIS etc. and website publishing.
