- Individually developed and deployed a commercial grade class 5 SIP call recording (SIPRec) product for Confidential 's hosted IP- PBX service. The implementation is in accordance with Broadsoft IP- PBX third party call record service specification.
- The call recording support G.711A/u, iLBC, gsm, G.722 and Opus audio codes. Broadsoft IP-PBX application server makes SIP session with the Call Record server and sends RTP media. Call pause, resume and on-demand recording are supported. Output wave file is converted into MP3 and played via user portal for customers.
- Individually contributed and production deployed the commercial grade call recording server for Broadsoft IP-PBX based on SIPRec. Maintenance and upgrade of the call record server.
- Confidential ’s Hosted IP-PBX,VoIP, SIP/SDP/RTP standards, Audio Codecs, C, C++ and Linux CentOS 6 64-bit. RFCs on SIP-Recording. IP-PBX Service Evaluation

Responsibilities:
- Project involves high quality audio capturing and rendering for a unified communication soft-phone product. Audio capturing involves Acoustic Echo Cancellation(AEC) on Windows OS platform. AEC captured audio is encoded in G729, G711 or iLBC audio codec and transmitted in RTP protocol.
- Similarly, the encoded audio is decoded and rendered for playing. A dynamic link library developed which is used as an ActiveX add-on for IE browser and native library for Adobe’s AIR cross-development platform.
- Individually contributed and completed for best quality audio library for the above described work.
