  • Most recently, I was assigned to develop a patching team that I co-built and led to manage all of the patching requirements for all Denver MITS clients with hopes to expand to all LVS clients including internal patching according to best practices mainly using WSUS and SCCM as well as manual patching including client approved testing after.
  • At this same time, I was tech lead for 2 publically traded companies. In this role, the client was going through at least 12 active network and environment remediation projects as well as a data center and an office move. The client environment had two main hubs of 30 plus servers mainly VM's each and then the parent company having 6 other locations consisting of 4 servers each. They are currently under the process of a domain consolidation for two new companies. I was responsible for supporting the whole environment, including Lync, exchange, ad, ERP, and all other aspects of the environment.
  • In my new role with LVS after this, I worked on Asigra OnDemand backups in LVS cloud offering as well as onboarding many sizeable clients from in house to LVS re-sold through 3rd party OnDemand Exchange environments as well as SharePoint and Lync.
  • I developed into a Site Manager for four separate clients responsible for the relationship between LVS and the client while supporting technical roles. After this, three quarters of my main client was bought out and I was in charge of working with a major integrations team to transition knowledge and services and devices to the new company's standards, as well as standing up a new company of the remaining 25 that wasn't acquired into a mirrored environment under a new name and conditions in a hosted cloud environment running all virtual in my company's cloud environment. I then transitioned both companies off to their new provider including transferring of the environment vmdk files and storage including backups.
  • When I first started with Long View, I began as a desktop technician, working with Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware support, and software issues. Responsible for assisting with tier 1 and 2 end user issues.
