  • Installed, configured, tested, maintained, monitored, and troubleshot networking hardware and software and products, peripheral devices and cabling.
  • Performs network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory. Led a 4 - person team to get accountability of all offline networking gear. Once accounted for, we processed and disposed of 2,500 devices in two years. Processing included removing SMARTNET coverage when a device was removed from production.
